Are you ready to lead the Content team for CyberCare’s AI automation tools? CyberCare, a top-tier customer service provider, is in search of a Content Lead to drive our content strategy for AI automation tools.
We’re seeking a leader who can guide, mentor, and motivate our team to deliver top-quality content for our AI automation tools. This role presents a unique opportunity to raise the bar on our content quality, from start to finish, all within a team of open-minded, high-energy professionals.
What You Will Do
Create strategies to take our AI Content quality to the next level;
Work on content creation hands on when necessary;
Lead a team of Content Managers who make sure that our content quality is top notch;
Design, develop, maintain and own content processes for CyberCare AI;
Oversee day-to-day tasks of the Content team and ensure team objectives are successfully achieved;
Collaborate with other team members to produce high-impact and quality content.
What We Expect
At least 1 year of experience in leading a team;
Experience in content strategy and creation;
Knowledge in technical content management would be a plus;
Strong analytical skills and a knack for data-driven decisions;
Proven track record of successful projects delivery;
Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills in English;
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
