We are looking for a Team Lead who will manage our B2B support team in Vilnius and Kaunas.
What Will You Do
Leading, coaching, training, and motivating your team;
Be the main point of contact between the company and B2B clients;
Oversee day-to-day operations;
Ensure team objectives are successfully achieved;
Review, monitor progress, and provide feedback regarding employee performance;
Conduct monthly one-on-one meetings;
Build a strong team with a B2B support mindset.

Expertise in supporting customers and building a flawless customer experience (B2B support would be a big advantage);

Great communication, leadership & change management capabilities;

Flexibility to work from 9:00 to 18:00;
Fluency in English;
