We’re looking for someone who is open-minded, ambitious, and ready to lead, coach, train, and motivate the team. It goes without saying – that they must be capable of overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring team objectives are successfully achieved.

What You Will Do

  • Leading, coaching, training, and motivating your team;
  • Oversee day-to-day operations;
  • Ensure team objectives are successfully achieved;
  • Review, monitor progress, and provide feedback regarding employee performance;
  • Conduct monthly one-on-one meetings.

  • Flexibility to work from 11:00/12:00 in the morning till 20:00/21:00 in the evening;
  • Fluency in Lithuanian and English.
  • To be located in Vilnius.
