What You Will Do
Develop and execute the employer branding strategy to attract top talent, including the creation of compelling employee value propositions.
Manage and curate a positive and authentic employer brand image across various channels, including social media, career websites, etc.
Implement internal and external communication plans that align with the company’s values and purpose.
Organize and oversee internal events and initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Create and distribute content, including press releases, blog posts, and video content.
Develop employee engagement initiatives to drive CyberCare culture;
Lead and manage a dedicated team of communication and event colleagues, providing guidance, coaching, and support to help them excel in their roles
What We Expect From You
2+ years of experience working in Marketing, Communications, HR, or a related field
Confidence in sharing stories with media and rock-solid knowledge of social media channels;
Experience in executing employer branding strategy and campaigns;
Experience in organizing internal events and initiatives.
Proactivity and problem-solving approach;
Time planning skills and setting priorities to make things happen in a fast-paced environment;
Sense of ownership and commitment;
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills;
Fluency in English and Lithuanian, both verbally and in writing.
