What Will You Do
Create and execute a strategy to develop happy and high-performing people across the company in Lithuania and Ukraine;
Take ownership of the whole employee experience from the first contact to the next career step;
Supervise key HR processes, including employee retention and engagement, talent acquisition, employee relations, learning and development, onboarding/offboarding, culture and values, compensation and benefits, diversity and inclusion, communication, crisis management, and more;
Gathering, analyzing, and interpreting HR data to uncover trends, patterns, and areas in need of improvement and cultivate a culture that emphasizes data-driven decision-making;
Evaluate and implement HR technology solutions to streamline processes;
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company's goals, and values, and comply with legal regulations Proactively identify people-related challenges and trends within the organization, and collaborate with key stakeholders to devise and implement effective solutions;
Managing operational issues such as absence management, performance management, and other mentors, coaching, and developing HR team members to maximize their potential and contributions.

Gross salary of 4000 - 7000 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discussing a different salary based on your skills and competencies.
What We Expect From You
A strong passion for HR, professional development, employee relations, motivation, and other people-centric topics;
Proven experience in leading HR teams and managing HR functions in a dynamic environment;
Familiarity with working with HR systems and tools, strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations;
Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding understanding and knowledge;
A creative and strategic mindset, enabling the development of innovative solutions to enhance colleague engagement;
Proficiency in both Lithuanian and English, both verbally and in writing.
