Junior Customer Success Manager

What will you do

  • Communicate and provide world-class customer service via chat and email for the company products on Mac, Windows, iOS, and Android. No phone calls over here!
  • Ensure excellent customer journey;
  • Handle and resolve customers’ queries & provide reliable information that are related to our software;
  • Troubleshoot software-related issues;
  • Provide fast feedback about the software issues;
  • Work alongside techies to understand IT business logic;
  • Build and develop customer relationships that will turn clients into advocates;
  • Assist with billing requests.

What we expect

  • Experience in maintaining Windows/MacOS;
  • Experience in application troubleshooting, tech support and multi-tasking skills;
