What is your day going to look like?
Building excellent candidate experience during the recruitment process;
Sourcing and screening candidates from different channels: job board searches, referrals, and other sources;
Interacting with potential candidates on social media and professional networks;
Organizing and conducting interviews;
Taking a part in various initiatives for perfecting the recruitment processes;
Building talent pipelines for future hiring needs;
Promoting our employer brand online and offline.
