What is your day going to look like?

  • Building excellent candidate experience during the recruitment process;
  • Sourcing and screening candidates from different channels: job board searches, referrals, and other sources;
  • Interacting with potential candidates on social media and professional networks;
  • Organizing and conducting interviews;
  • Taking a part in various initiatives for perfecting the recruitment processes;
  • Building talent pipelines for future hiring needs;
  • Promoting our employer brand online and offline.

Who are you as a person?
