What is your day going to look like?
Recruit top tech talent;
Provide advice, guidance, and support to dedicated people managers and employees;
Participate in designing and implementing engagement and retention initiatives to increase organisational, team and individual performance;
Initiate coffee talks with colleagues and be the first one to know their needs;
When it comes to it, manage complex situations with colleagues;
Create the experience worth sharing.
Who are you as a person?
Previous work experience in HR field or a similar role including tech-recruitment (especially in fast-growing companies);
Empathy skills — the ability to deal with different concerns and listen to people is highly valued here!
Friendly personality with a can-do attitude;
Strong sense of ownership and the ability to handle multiple competing priorities;
You are a problem solver and a self-organised person;
Knowledge of HR functions and procedures is a plus (e.g. pay and benefits, labor law, performance review, training, development or similar).
