You will be responsible for creating the backend infrastructure for a chatbot product. You will ensure amazing user experiences – translating high-level requirements into services, processes, and required tools and participating in the decision-making to create dynamic, intuitive, and functional chatbots for customers.
What will you do
Build backend infrastructure for Artificial Intelligence product - Chatbot virtual assistant, in a Kubernetes-based environment.
Discuss, estimate and plan key milestone deliverables with peers.
Conduct continuous testing, research, and evaluation of user feedback and metrics.
Play an active part in shaping the product, based on what's technically possible.
What we expect
3+ years of experience building backend systems with Python.
Understanding of CI/CD, design patterns, and clean code.
Previous experience building highly scalable, secure, and reliable systems from the ground up.
Knowledge of SQL, Docker, Kubernetes, messaging queues, key-value stores, logging, and monitoring solutions.
Experience with chatbots, NLP, and ML is a big plus.
Experience with automation and integration with third-party apps.
