Reporting to Operations Manager you will be leading a team of Team Leads. Your goals will be delivering top quality support, maintaining efficient processes and constantly increasing business value. You will be the main contact between product & support and mediator between expectations & delivery.
What will you do
Lead, coach and motivate your team of ambitious Team Leads;
Ensure and deliver operational goals;
Work on and lead process changes to improve our efficiency, quality and business value;
Ensure the communication of results to internal and external stakeholders.
What we expect
3+ years in team management (ideally in a customer service environment);
Previous experience in leading or participating in large-scope projects;
Great communication, leadership & change management capabilities;
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
Sense of ownership and commitment;
Fluency in English.

Gross salary starting from 2800 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competences.
