Senior Team Lead

Reporting to Operations Manager you will be leading a team of Team Leads. Your goals will be delivering top quality support, maintaining efficient processes and constantly increasing business value. You will be the main contact between product & support and mediator between expectations & delivery.

What will you do

  • Lead, coach and motivate your team of ambitious Team Leads;
  • Ensure and deliver operational goals;
  • Work on and lead process changes to improve our efficiency, quality and business value;
  • Ensure the communication of results to internal and external stakeholders.

What we expect

  • 3+ years in team management (ideally in a customer service environment);
  • Previous experience in leading or participating in large-scope projects;
  • Great communication, leadership & change management capabilities;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
  • Sense of ownership and commitment;
  • Fluency in English.
