What will you do
Be responsible for a growing team of talent acquisition and help your people to skyrocket;
Cooperate with Hiring Managers to understand the hiring needs;
Always think of new ideas to create and improve our sourcing and recruitment strategies;
Suggest new ideas to create innovative sourcing & recruitment strategies;
Always keep Employer Branding initiatives in mind and implement them together with the Communications and Marketing team;
Develop friendships and maintain a strong network of contacts, where our future talents can be found (universities, youngsters, meme collector clubs, etc.);
Identify and attract top-colleagues who will help with our main mission - making techworld easy. In big numbers!
