Bonjour! Take the tour at the Multilingual department

The multilingual department at CyberCare is quite special. Here, we cover any inquiries, and issues that specifically French or German speakers might have.

While English-speaking CSMs have their own expertise, we in the Multilingual team pride ourselves on being masters in everything. 

It’s a fantastic perk that allows us to become well-rounded professionals. However, it also means we have to stay constantly on our toes, learning new things and staying up-to-date with the ever-changing landscape. 

But here’s the best part: we have an incredible team <3 Everyone is always there for each other, always ready to help when things get uncertain. Working in the Multilingual department means constant collaboration with other teams, ensuring we provide the best service possible. 

Besides the obvious things that I have learned here: the importance of teamwork, deep knowledge of cybersecurity, critical thinking, and other soft skills. But the greatest advantage for me? Being able to put my French language skills to full use!

Not only do I get to utilize it, but I have ameliorated my French. The ability to constantly use the language leaves you no other chance but to get better. As anyone who’s learned a foreign language knows, it’s easy to lose it if you don’t practice regularly.
