CyberCare Idea Incubator produces six winning concepts to enhance customer experiences

Customer Success Managers know the products inside out and are the first to identify issues through direct customer feedback. This autumn we launched an internal initiative CyberCare Idea Incubator during which our team members were encouraged to pitch in ideas for our clients’ product development improvements.

This project, which rewarded the most innovative ideas, produced six winning concepts designed to enhance our clients’ products.
