CyberCare Workation 2024: Two Epic Getaways!

This year, we took our workation to the next level, hosting two unforgettable retreats for our teams.

Our Lviv crew found their escape in the breathtaking Carpathian Mountains, surrounded by stunning national parks and towering peaks above 2,400 meters. While international travel wasn’t an option due to the ongoing situation in Ukraine, the team made the most of their adventure at home, embracing nature, connection, and well-deserved relaxation.

Meanwhile, our Vilnius and Kaunas teams joined 2,500 Tesonet employees in Türkiye for an experience packed with music, adventure, and inspiration.

Some wild highlights:

• 2500+ Tesonet team members from 20+ countries arrived on 12 chartered planes.
• While everyone brought their laptops, 70+ large-scale monitors were shipped to Türkiye to ensure seamless 24/7 customer support by CyberCare.
• 4 days of non-stop activities, with something exciting every hour.
• 2 amazing hosts bringing incredible energy to the experience: Rolandas Mackevičius and Mantas Bartuševičius.
