Welcoming Ina Bielskė as the New CEO of CyberCare

by CyberCare News

We are pleased to welcome Ina Bielskė as the new CEO of  CyberCare.

Ina Bielskė succeeds the previous CEO, Dainius Vanagas. Her main focus will be on improving customer service quality through technological innovations and ensuring the well-being and professional growth of the company’s employees.

Ina brings extensive experience in customer service, sales, marketing, and analytics. Prior to this role, she served as the CRO at NordPass within the Tesonet accelerator company Nord Security and is also a board member of Jaunimo Linija (Youth Line). According to the new CEO, her experience will help enhance CyberCare services and support the mission of creating a technology world that is accessible and understandable for everyone.

“Customer service is undergoing a global revolution, with artificial intelligence shaping this sector. This presents a huge opportunity to transform simple, mechanical processes into faster ones, improving the customer experience. However, cybersecurity is complex and requires people who understand the specifics of our products. Therefore, I will focus on both areas: process optimization innovations and the professional development of employees,” says Bielskė.

According to Eimantas Sabaliauskas, co-founder of Tesonet, the company not only strives to provide top-level services but also invests in talent growth. Most of the team leaders within the company have grown internally, and over the past three years, 287 CyberCare employees have chosen to specialize further in Tesonet ecosystem products.

“Great leaders need a broad understanding of context. No one knows the organization’s nuances better than someone who has spent years in it, growing personally and contributing to its success. Ina Bielskė is not a new face to the wider Tesonet community—she has successfully worked with the Nord Security team and helped grow the NordPass product. Both Ina and we are committed to customer service quality and see potential to elevate it to an even higher level,” says Sabaliauskas.
