With 450+ professionals on board, we make techworld easy – one customer at a time.

As a Customer Support Specialist, you’ll be on the front lines of creating great customer experiences for top tech brands like NordVPN, Surfshark and Saily. Whether it’s solving an issue, answering a question, or just making someone’s day easier, you’ll be doing it with the help of smart tools and an even smarter team.

Your Day-to-Day

  • Support NordVPN customers via live chat. No phone calls over here! 
  • Troubleshoot tech issues and help with billing inquiries. 
  • Make customers happy by resolving their concerns.
  • Turn users into fans through top-notch support.
  • Bring empathy, patience, and a positive vibe to every interaction.

What We Expect From You

  • Fluency in English. 
  • Basic know-how of Windows/MacOS.
  • Confidence in multitasking and providing technical support.
  • A calm, customer-first mindset - even under pressure.
  • Positive, proactive, and motivated attitude. 
  • Ability to work rotating day and evening shifts full-time.
  • Ability to work in Lviv.
