As a Customer Support Specialist, you’ll be on the front lines of creating great customer experiences for top tech brands like NordVPN, Surfshark and Saily. Whether it’s solving an issue, answering a question, or just making someone’s day easier, you’ll be doing it with the help of smart tools and an even smarter team.
Your Day-to-Day
Support NordVPN customers via live chat. No phone calls over here!
Troubleshoot tech issues and help with billing inquiries.
Make customers happy by resolving their concerns.
Turn users into fans through top-notch support.
Bring empathy, patience, and a positive vibe to every interaction.
What We Expect From You
Fluency in English.
Basic know-how of Windows/MacOS.
Confidence in multitasking and providing technical support.
A calm, customer-first mindset - even under pressure.
Positive, proactive, and motivated attitude.
Ability to work in day, evening or night shift 32 hours/week or 40 hours/week.

Gross salary - 1041 - 1441 EUR/month (base salary 1041 EUR/month plus performance bonus up to 400 EUR/gross) + biannual reviews.
