What You Will Do
Take full ownership of our Vilnius office - ensuring every corner and detail makes people feel welcome, comfortable, and able to thrive.
Be the first smiling face to greet guests and support team members.
Organize and maintain the office environment, including ordering supplies and setting up workspaces.
Notice small details and react quickly to keep everything running smoothly.
Be the go-to person for messages, questions, and any day-to-day support.
Proactively look for ways to make our office even better - from suggesting improvements to automating everyday tasks.
Care deeply about your work, going the extra mile so that colleagues feel supported and valued.
What We Expect

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
Fluency in Lithuanian and English.
Ability to work full-time, on-site in Vilnius.
