Team Lead of Customer Support

What You Will Do

  • Leading, coaching, training, and motivating your team;
  • Oversee day-to-day operations;
  • Ensure team objectives are successfully achieved;
  • Review, monitor progress, and provide feedback regarding employee performance;
  • Conduct monthly one-on-one meetings.

  • Flexibility to work from 10:00 till 19:00 most of the time and being flexible to come earlier or later when needed (e.x. spending the whole shift with the team from time to time);
  • Fluency in Lithuanian and English;
  • To be located in Vilnius.

  • Gross Salary. 1818 - 2479 EUR/month and additional bonuses up to 495 EUR/month (gross) after 1 month (depending on team results)
